From the Kericho + Nandi Highlands of Kenya, this delicate white tea (and green tea) is micro ground into matcha. Crisp and smooth, its a wonderful alternative to ceremonial matcha.
White Matcha is a high quality white and green tea produced from hand-picked leaves, finely ground and dried. Every 1lb of matcha takes about 15 hours to produce. It's easy to see how this tea is surrounded by 1,500 years of tradition. Pure, clean, refreshing, healthy, rich in antioxidants and lightly astringent.
