Because our product is food-based, we cannot accept returns on opened or unopened tea, matcha, hot chocolate, powders, snacks or other food items.
We offer a full refund (less the cost of shipping) on unopened accessories such as infusers, tea pots and kettles. Items are not refundable if opened.

Should you change your mind and wish to cancel your order before it ships, please note that we will charge a $10 cancellation fee on first orders, $5 for returning customers in order to cover our administrative costs.
