During the winter growing season, Nilgiri teas hit their peak. As the winter winds blow, tea bushes push out new shoots slowly and more deliberately than in the summer, resulting in a raw leaf with a richer, more nuanced flavour. Our Winter Harvest exhibits all the body, flavour and floral character associated with the region's top offerings.
