This blend is light yet full of character—offering a refined twist on traditional matcha with a uniquely refreshing, almost sparkling flavour profile. The subtle grassy notes of white matcha are perfectly balanced by the aromatic yuzu and zesty lemon, creating a cup that feels crisp, clean, and utterly uplifting.
Preparation:
1. Scoop half a tea spoon of Ceremonial Matcha into your cup
2. Pour 1oz 165ºF water into cup
3. Whisk, creating a consistent level of foam
4. Add frothed milk or milk alternative for tea lattes or top with hot water
Ingredients: Organic Yuzu Powder, Organic Lemon, Organic White Tea Powder, Organic Green Tea Powder, Organic Cane Sugar
