These coffee beans come to us from Santana da Vargem, Brazil. We take our roast to the darker side of things but stop before it gets too oily. This coffee has a very rich, creamy flavour profile. Great mouthfeel with hints of chocolate and brown sugar.
This Brazilian coffee is a full-bodied dark roast with low acidity. Tasting notes of bittersweet chocolate, toasted hazelnuts, dried fruit and molasses. We never burn or scorch our coffee but we roast this one dark enough to accent the rich, bold flavour.
