- Add to your smoothie, oatmeal bowl, sprinkle over cereal or granola, mix with yogurt, add as an ingredient into cookie, muffin, or bread batters, or use as an egg substitute (whisk 1 tablespoon of flax seeds and 3 tablespoons of water to replace 1 egg)
