Sugar cane is a type of grass, and if grasses have access they will pull an abundance of nutrients from the soil. These Sun-Dried Cane Juice Crystals are 100% Certified Organic crystallized sugar cane juice grown in the rich, highly mineralized volcanic soil of Ecuador.

The cane is freshly pressed, sun-dried and then put through a cooling process to crystallize. It is a "first crystallization" sugar which means the cane is harvested, the juice is extracted, all impurities are removed and then it is crystallized - and this is all done within 24 hours of harvest.

We work with organic farms and tea estates from around the world. Our ingredients come from 16 countries, 60+ farms and plantations.

Everything comes to our Toronto shop and is handcrafted from scratch using close to 300 base ingredients from tea to dried fruits, flowers, herbs and spices.

We are meticulous with our blending. Some blends take days to properly batch as we do not use artificial flavours or anything that isn't directly from the ingredients.

We started as a humble little tea shop in Cabbagetown, Toronto on Dundas St. E. Now in our 9th year, we have grown into a thriving organic tea company with our products in more than 600 locations across Canada and the United States.
